When you register and use this site, we collect the applicant/business name, email address, mobile number, and password you provide; the mark, class, and goods-or-services details you submit for an application; and the identity and supporting documents you upload (such as ID proof, MSME/Startup certificates, or a signed authorisation). We also keep basic technical logs (IP address, request times) to keep the site secure and stop automated abuse.
To prepare, review, and file your trademark application; to communicate with you about its status and any deadlines that affect it; to meet the record-keeping obligations of trademark practice; and to secure the site against fraudulent sign-ups and scripted abuse.
Your password is never stored as plain text — only a salted cryptographic hash of it. Uploaded documents are stored on our server, outside any public web folder, and are reachable only by staff working on your matter and by you, through your own login.
We share what a filing requires with the Trade Marks Registry and, where relevant, other government authorities — and nothing beyond that. We never sell your data. Status and reminder emails are sent from our own office mailbox using Google's Gmail API; Google processes the email in transit but does not receive your uploaded documents or application data beyond the message itself.
We retain your application data and documents for as long as the matter is active, and afterwards for as long as professional and statutory record-keeping requirements call for — trademark registrations can remain relevant for a decade or more between renewals.
This site uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it, subject to what we are legally required to retain for filed applications. Write to the contact below to make a request.
We'll post any changes here with an updated date at the top of the page.
