Infinite Avenues accepts trademark applications online, checks them for completeness and compliance, and files them with the Trade Marks Registry on your behalf once accepted. Creating an account and submitting an application through this site is a request for our professional services, not an automatic filing — every application is reviewed by a trademark professional before it reaches the Registry.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the applicant details, the mark, and the goods or services you submit. We review submissions for completeness and compliance with filing requirements, but we rely on the facts you provide — an application filed on incorrect information you supplied is not a filing error on our part.
Government filing fees are fixed by the Trade Marks Rules and paid per class of goods or services — these are set by law, not by us, and are paid to the Registry regardless of whether your application is ultimately registered. Our professional fee for reviewing and filing your application is separate, and is always quoted to you before you commit to anything.
Filing an application does not guarantee registration. The Registry independently examines every application and may raise objections, and any third party may oppose it during the statutory opposition window. We represent you through that process, but the outcome is decided by the Registry and, where opposed, by adjudication — not by us.
Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it. Do not use this service to submit a mark you do not have the right to register, or to impersonate another applicant.
Documents you upload are used only for preparing and filing your application, and for the compliance record the law requires us to keep. See our Privacy Policy for how we store and retain them.
We are not liable for delays, decisions, or outcomes that are the Registry's to make, or for consequences of information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the professional fee you paid for the matter concerned.
We may update these terms as our services change. The current version always applies, and we'll post the date it was last updated at the top of this page.
